He was about 5 years old when he went into the fridge (we were all oblivious to this) he got a box of eggs from the fridge, he cracked them onto the kitchen floor, then stripped to his pants and proceeded to run and slide on his belly on the eggs slamming into the kitchen cupboard doors while squealing and repeating the process over and over! We had to wrap him in a towel to catch him and stop him from continueing as he was too slippery to grab! Classic xxx
Pete loved to drive poor Mom mad! He would say " Come on Mom...Do the Monkey with me " and then run behind her and grab both arms and make her do the Jonny Bravo Monkey Dance. He did this a lot!!!! but my Favourite memory of this was at mom's 60th Birthday party in my garden where he forced her to do the monkey..... and try as she might she couldn't fight him off they were both laughing so much and they both fell through my willow fencing...... as pete would say Brilliant! x
I remember when I used to run the newsagent just around the corner from Moms house when Pete was a kid. I used to live in the flat above and Pete used to come round with Sass on an evening and would sit in my front room waiting for me to give them permission to go grab some sweets from the shop. I remember one day uttering the foolish words go get some sweets from the shop kids, Pete said how much can we have? I said "just go help yourself!" I am sure you can imagine the picture when he returned with every pocket and his hands bulging with sweets chocolate crisps and pop. I always remembered never to utter those words to him again after that...........Bless him x
pete would be about 13-14 we used to go fishing on sundays.The one sunday the fishing was very very slow!. Pete being new to the fishing scene got bored very quickly indeed.he then decided to sit there playing with his new catapult firing dog biscuits across the lake at this man.i said to him "he will come over and give you what for in a minute" he laughed and said "dont worry about it you will sort him out for me by throwing him in the lake".I had to smile.

We were sitting in a restaurant and i said oh look pete "they do tuna steak" he said "oh no I couldn't eat Dolphin" in stunned silence everyone around the table just looked at pete for a few moments, I then said "why do you think that tuna is dolphin"? he said "it is"! I said "NO its not its tuna" so he sat and thought and said "well why do all tuna tins have little pictures of dolphins on then"? Brilliant! xxxxxxx
Christmas 2010 . Pete and I were staying at his moms on Christmas eve but he did go over to my moms for a couple of drinks with Ian first, so I made him a bed on he sofa next to me. Nan went to bed and it was nearly 1.30am, I wanted to go to sleep so I text Pete and said, "when are you coming home Gaylord I need to go to sleep? lol x" (this was the usual banter between Pete and I) He text back saying "leave a key in the porch, I will be back shortly" I left a key in the drawer.
Around 30-40 minutes later I could hear Pete attempting to unlock the door and then I heard him crashing into the living room body first! He then made his way into his moms kitchen, pulled out several packets of quavers and stood there chomping his way through them very loudly, he didn't even stop for a break. I sat up and looked at him and then went back to sleep.
The next morning, Charlie was up by 6.30 am. The first thing she did was pounce on Pete and began to jump on him "ITS CHRISSSTMAAASSS!" he looked at me and held his head and moaned. needless to say I laughed at his very hungover state! :) x
Well one occasion of a pro evo night stands out for me.............Pete and Boyo were in the boys room playing and having a beer, it had gone midnight so i said my goodnights and went to bed................I was woken at 3.30am by giggling from them both I looked at the time and got up and went to the boys room, Where I found the 2 of them still playing pro evo just a lot more worse for wear from drinking many many more beers!!! They took one look at me a fell about giggling I Shook my head called them "Nutters" and went back to bed!
The next morning when I went downstairs I realised why they were Giggling when they saw me in the middle of the night................They had drunk every can of lager in the house and left all the empties in a huge pyramid on the coffee table!!! I couldn't help but smile while I tidied up all those empties xx
You were only three lil Bro and Sass was 18 months old........ Mom was looking after you both whilst I was at work. I came home to collect her and Mom was in fits of laughter....... You had decided to tip a full bottle of Johnsons baby powder all over sassy's mop of red hair! She was white all over and was hiding behind the chair when Mom walked in the room ,all Mom could see ( in her words ) were " two big black pools for eyes". Mom asked you " what happened to Sarah? " you said " I didnt do it!!" and thats where it all began.... you little star you lol x x x x x x x
On Holiday in Florida Sept/Oct 2009 Ian, Pete and I would have a few games of cards outside at the pool bar after dinner..... Pete being super super competitive got very frustrated at not winning, he kept coming second and well as we all know pete didn't do SECOND!
He finally whooped us good and proper , crushing Ian who should have won as he had won so many of the games in that round! Pete did a little victory dance of course ..... So heres the proof Petey ... You win x x x x x x x
