There are so many things I left unsaid here about Pete. I hope others fill in the gaps Ive left and add some substance to words I leave by sharing their memories of Pete. His love for Air planes, trains and automobiles (Nascar and classic cars) guns, westerns, history, reading, poker and animals was untouched by all I've known save his brother Dave. He also had a deep love for music and the beautiful Columbia River Gorge.

I didn't know Pete very well. I did know he was a great and honest guy whom I would have liked to have had a chance to get to know better.

Pete's accomplishments here on Earth were quite a few. He was a champion marksman for many years. He won quite a few competitions even as a Jr. NRA member. He had won several trophies for bowling. Hiis eye for scenic photography was incredible. He was recognized for his salesmanship by some of his employers over his years. He also possessed a wonderful sense of humor and was quite skilled at story telling. Many hours I spent being entertained by him. He had some interest in rocks & minerals but Pete chose to focus his attention more towards firearms, westerns and western art (he enjoyed other art too just not as much). He was a Man's Man. He loved trains, planes and automobiles. . Thanks Pete for sharing some of your precious time with me. You lived life in a most honorable way. And are forever loved & missed by many people.
