Peter W. Kazlau, 73, of Fair Lawn, NJ,  went home to be with Jesus on April 27, 2016.

Originally from Newark, Pete was the superintendent of Knollcroft Gardens in Fair Lawn, a job he took great pride in. He enjoyed working and living in the community of Fair Lawn and visiting his favorite local businesses in his daily routine. After being diagnosed with lung cancer last year, he courageously worked until just a few days prior to his passing peacefully into eternal life while in the arms of Christine, his beloved wife of more than 50 years.

In addition to his loving wife, Christine, he was the father of Peter Kazlau, the Hon. Christopher Kazlau and wife Michelle, Joseph Kazlau and wife Patty, Michael Kazlau and wife Sarah. Grandfather of Katie, Daniel, Timmy, Mark and Sawyer. Brother of Richard Kazlau and wife Judy, uncle of Jennifer, Jessica and Joanne.

Services will be private.
