Phil was my best friend from Claremont to end of sophomore year when I moved. I’am crushed finding this. I was just trying to find him online to make contact. Worse knowing I was so close by.

Phil, oh......I would think of you daily . see a car that looked like yours and chase them down only to look like a crazy lady. I pass by the shops and you are on my mind. You were my neighbor and one of my best friends. No matter what the situation you were non judging, kind, funny, and relaxing. I am so blessed to have had you as my friend. you funny guys. and your energy was not only to me but to everyone so welcoming. I HOPE that someday I can be half the person, friend that you were to me. I miss you like crazy have for a long time now. but you have and will never leave my heart. Thank you for blessing me in this journey of my life.

Although I hadn't seen you in over 30 years we had a great time hanging out and all of us riding together. Thank you for your service as a firefighter. You risked you life everyday to protect so many by fighting those massive forest fires. RIP dear friend I hope your riding with Dave Box and Marty and hanging with Dave Bowman and Tommy Berthold. We've lost too many from our group already.

Was devastating news to hear you passed away.
Been years since I have seen you. We all grew up together.
And had a great time. Life goes so fast and swiftly.
I will always remember your infectious laugh, your dedication to family and friends and your kindness and friendship.
