Born January 25, 1936 at St. Katherines Hospital in Omaha, NE. Died July 30, 2004 in Bellevue, NE. Preceded in death by father and mother, David N. Crofoot and Katharine B. Crofoot. Survived by brothers and sisters, David, Lisbon, Portugal, Jeanne, Salisbury, CT., Anne, Wethersfield, CT., and Jim Papillion, NE. and numerous nieces and nephews.
