Phillip Conrad Winslett (P-Dub, Philo), 60, of Birmingham sadly left us on December 12th, 2023. Phillip is survived by his brother Justin Winslett, his wife, Lisa C. Winslett, children, Kristin Jarvis, Blake Winslett, and grandchildren McKayla, Kinslei, and Bristol. A celebration of life will be held on January 5th, 2024, from 4-6 at The Wherehouse 3086 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale AL 35071.
