Phil is never forgotten. Many years ago I had a flat on the gasgoine Estate, Barking. Phil would pop round mine and we spent time exploring the fighting arts. He was a humble man who I got on well with. He was hanging around with Alan Davis then. I remember when he got into Tal Chi. He was really passionate about it. It was not my sort of thing but I respected his new interest.  I cannot think of anything but positive things when I think of Phil.
Sadly missed.
