First and foremost, Jane, I know you are devastated and my heartfelt prayers go out to you and all of family and friends. Next I would love to share some beautiful memories. Jane, Sherrie Anderson and I first met at All Saints Episcopal Church when they had Kindergarten through 3rd grade school.  We got together again as a trio at Homewood Junior High School in 7th grade. We had been friends through Church at Trinity Methodist as well. We all joined Delta Chi Omega sorority in High School and lifelong sisters we will be!  Through Emmanuel Singers, Camp Sumatonga, High School and College, we have never been far apart if one of us needs the other, or all three of us. Stacy and Matthew adored y’all at the Reunios and taking pictures of us all.  I never have been as wrong in my life as I was about the whole Jane and Phil love affair for not only life, but also for eternity. I thought, at first, they weren’t a great match and there’s no way anyone could fall in love that quickly. They were then, and 47 years later, they still are. I’m in California Jane, however, if you need me, I’ll be there in a heartbeat and please just give me time to get there. Mine and my family’s love and prayers are with you now and forever, and I’m a phone call, text or message away. God bless you and yours, please stay safe and healthy, and as usual I know you’ll want to stay strong for everyone else.  Please take time for you and let others be strong for you. I love you!
