Phoebe was a friendly person who was family oriented. she did not like to argue or fight. That was not part of her character. she has three beautiful girls who love and miss her very much and she also has 13 grandchildren. My sister was loved by alot of people icluding her siblings. she was a sweet loving sister who i miss so much.
