My mom was born in Kennet Mo onJan 31 1949 to Roy and Melba Howlett. There was 9 children in my mom's family. She later moved to Rockford Il where she met my father William Baker. They were married July 15 1967 in Rockford Il. She had my brother Donnie Baker on Jan 2 1968, then 10 years later on Sept 26 1977 she had me. My mother was a stay at home mom for several years. She was a wonderful mother growing up. She later went to work out of boredom when us kids were grown.She loved to fish and hunt. She was a wonderful cook. She was sort of a quite person but was loved by everyone she met. I don't think I ever heard an ill word ever spoken about her. On April 27th 2009 my mother had a blood clot that had went through her heart, she was revived by the wonderful paramedics that came to the call. My mother did slip into a coma and lived for 6 more days then had another heart attack and was then callled home by the lord. My father and myself held her hand as the lord took her home. Everyday I miss her and wish she was here, but the lord had a plan for her that included her no longer being on earth. Heaven now has the most beautiful angel it has ever had. I love you momma!!!
