This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Phyllis Fisher, who was 80 years old, born on October 18, 1938 in Kannapolis, North Carolina. My Great Grandmother was a woman of many words, and she always let her mind be heard. She did so many great things in her life that shows that she had a full and adventurous life. We all miss her beautiful personality, face, and heart. She was always so positive and that is what many of us will miss about her as her anniversary of passing nears every month. She was a successful, beautiful, extremely loved, and bright soul. God had blessed her family with the angel we all needed. She did not have the best childhood, but she persevered though it all and gave birth to six beautiful children. Sadly her daughter, Samantha passed at a young age. However, she is up in heaven with her daughter right now, laughing and dancing to her heart's content. Her children Randy, Melanie, Debbie, Ginger, and Gayla gave birth to children and their children grew up to give birth to children. Phyllis had a great big family. Although, she may not have seen them all 24/7, she knew in her heart and soul that they all loved her very much.She took pride in being able to sit down with some of her family for holiday dinners, at her favorite dining table and seeing some of her family just in pure happiness to be around her and each other. In her life she had many job occupations, but she took pride in coming home after a long day of work and being able to provide for her family.  Towards the last 20 years of her life, she had been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. Although she had been diagnosed with Parkinson's, she did not let it hold her back. She persevered through the pain and struggles to the very end. She passed away peacefully in her sleep in her home on February 21, 2019. She will be missed by all her family forever. Rest in Peace, Great Grams.
