Piotr Mikolajczyk, 48, passed away unexpectedly on August 19th, 2019. He was away on vacation with his son. During their trip to the Butterfly Valley in Turkey, Piotr suddenly lost balance and fell into a 230 meter deep canyon. We are all very sad and our thoughts and mourns are foremost with the family, friends and colleagues.

The sad news about your sudden death shocked me very much! It is unbelievable that you will not be here anymore. We will miss you especially at our next international HR Meeting. I am glad to have known you, you were such a cheerful person with a lot of humor.

just 3 years back we met the first time at the hotel Bulwar in Torun for the first interview. We were looking for a new HR director and because of your previous cooperation with WIKA we contacted you again. It was not a long or hard decision take you on board again…
