Dear Preetam,

It is so hard to make myself understand that I can no longer hear your thunderous laugh, that you won't tell us about your bike rides, that you won't talk about your gadgets, that you won't talk to me about why linux is better yet you have to choose windows for docs, that you won't help me out with BAM, that you just won't be there.....

I hope your family gets strength to get over your loss.

Rest in peace, my friend...

Dear Preetam, We are missing you a lot. No words to describe the feeling of not being able to contact you. I have always seen a smile on your face. I have learnt a lot from you. I remember your saying "find some time for yourself","give time to your family". You were a person full of life who enjoyed working on challenging tasks with big smile on his face, going for a solo ride in mountains, playing cricket with passion and many more. From COBA/CEL to BAM, you just made it easy for us. You have always supported me whenever I needed any help.

You will always be an inspiration to us and will stay very close to our hearts. May god give strength to your family. Rest in Peace Sir!

Dear Preetam,

I never thought I would be writing this message and my heart sinks as I do so. I will always cherish the memories we built while working together in COBA. Your never say no attitude whether it was taking a new challenge or be it helping others in the team is something that I would always admire.

To everyone you were very approachable, and I was lucky that I just had to turn my head and we would have a conversation on anywhere from COBA to cricket. No matter what the situation was, your smile, confidence and calmness never left.

You would truly be missed. Rest in peace and may god give strength and courage to your family during this tough time.

Dear Preetam, we never know what paths we will cross in life. We never know how long our walks in life will be, for some it is simply too short. Sometimes we meet persons that makes more of an impression than others. Thank you for the time I got to know you, thank you for being an inspiration to me and others. The memory of you will always be with us. One of those that has made a strong impression.

Dear Preetam,

No words can describe what I feel right now while penning this down. I still remember the day we started our association in COBA, with both of us being new in our respective roles as Program and CA. I consider myself lucky to have your support and guidance all throughout. You have always given me the confidence to believe that everything is possible. There were times when I felt jittery on certain decisions but your poised attitude and calm demeanor always gave us strength to move on. What I have always admired in you is your zeal and enthusiasm to take on new challenges all the time.. be it improving the performance for COBA by multi folds or developing a new tool (for me entity automation will always remain “Preetam’s tool") or COBA taking its first step in cloud native journey. You made it happen all the time.

I can still feel my hands trembling and my heart is sinking when I recall those memories with your ever smiling face and twinkle in your eyes while you shared your next bike adventures , new gadgets that you recently purchased or your cricket achievements.

You will always remain an inspiration to many of us. Its hard to fill the void that you have left behind in our lives.. May God give enough strength to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.

Preetam, you always will remain very close to my Heart. We spent lots of time together, starting with CEL and then COBA. Your guidance and support mean a lot to me. No one would have seen you ever in tense mood, always smile on the face and very lively person.
During lunch, you often discussed your passion for cricket and story around that, it was nice to listen to those stories. Rest in peace!!!

Dear Preetam, I remember talking with you as a co-CA in the TPGG CA syncs a few years back and I learnt the confidence the tone of speech from you .I have not met you in person, but during the lock down period, when I was trying to learn containers, I had been talking to you quite often. conversations with you have helped me learn the containers, was great working with you on the BAM sparx modeling as well. These moments though technical had helped me connect to you as a person who was lavish in his heart, could not digest your demise, I am confident your family will be strong as your positive vibes will still be there at your home and for sure your presence will be there in our hearts!

Preetam, what a sad and devastating news it was to learn that you passed away. We only met once during a stay in Gurgaon, at that time you were Chief Architect of COBA. I was deeply impressed how proactive, technology passionate, deep in the technical details you were and friendly and supportive at the same time. I even asked you to give a presentation of a tool you developed to my colleagues in Frankfurt and you did not hesitate a second to share your knowledge. You will be deeply missed. I wish all the strength to your wife and family to overcome this tragedy.

Dear Preetam, lately I had many discussions with you, I remember seeing you first time when we started with BAM, your knowledge, your communication skills and your sense of support and your engagement was one of a kind. I remember talking to you about children and you mentioned your daughters and the joy in having them, I wish your wife and your daughters patience and happiness and that they keep your memory going on by making you proud.
We will miss you here as a colleague, team player and the fun person you were , may your soul rest in peace!
