It is with a heavy heart that I pen down this tribute to a man with a heart of Gold. I have met you a few times and your humble nature and calmness amazes me. ''You were indeed an Angel in human form'' which your lovely wife Engr. Anthea appreciated so much.
You are her best friend, a companion, a brother, a soul mate and a divine gift from God.
Your demise has created a great vaccum in her life, in the life of your little princess - Annabel, in the life of your family members and indeed, the life of everyone that has met you, in your journey on this earth.
You will be greatly missed here on earth Mr. Emnanuel Udo but our only hope and consolation is that you lived a good life while on earth and we pray and believed strongly that you are resting in the kingdom of the Almighty God where there is no more pains and sorrows.

You were very supportive of your wife, my Chair of the Society of Women Engineers Technologists and Scientists (SWETS Africa) Abuja Chapter and helped the association tremendously. You were almost always there to help out many times we go visiting our members. Your calmness is something to admire. We would have loved that you continue with us, but God thought differently and we can't query Him.

Akukwu, Ufan-mi you were indeed a great friend that stuck closer than a brother. I miss you so my dear friend. It's still unbelievable that you're gone!

I remember when i first met you, your energy and smiles lite up the room, then i found you were going to marry my cousin Anthea one of the most amazing soul i have been blessed to call family and big sister.

In that instant i knew my big sister would be safe, and more importantly lavished with undaunted love. Each time i visited or had the pleasure talking to you over the phone, it was always filled with laughter with you asking if i had spoken to Oto-Obom lately "your nephew and my childhood friend.

The news of your demise came with the most unwavering shock, anger,tears and broken heart. As much as it hurts I thank GOD for the pleasure of having blessed us with an incredible soul like you.

Death they say isnt the end, but the transition into a greater phase. I pray as you transition into that phase, may you find peace and solace.

For us here we must grieve, because grief is the final act of love. We love and will definitely miss you, but we are consoled by the words of the Almighty GOD that he will give us peace if we seek Solace in him.

I met you once. Sometimes life is like that, you meet some people once in your life time, meeting you was due to your support towards your wife's career. We always pray for spouses that will support us in our growth, and you played your path to the fullest. May you rest peacefully and be Angel for your wife and daughter.
