This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Priscilla Burnett, 61, born on September 6, 1953 and passed away on May 29, 2015. We will remember her forever.

God Saw You Getting Tired

God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be
So he put his arms around you and whispered ‘Come With Me.’
With tearful eyes we watched you, slowly fade away,
Although we loved you dearly, we would not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us,
He only takes the best.

Priscilla was the strongest and powerfully loving woman. She stood strong for her children and fought many tough battles, and regardless of all the obstacles she encountered she always kept on going with a love ❤ for everyone, and strong determination. As young children we cousins would play for hours on end together at our Uncle and Aunts house, memories so numerous and precious. I will love and carry Priscilla forever in my heart until we meet again on God's great and wonderful shore. You helped me many times sweet cousin, letting me know when things got hard I was made of tough and loving stuff, and thinking of you and the example you set kept me going. Thank you Priscilla for your life long love, and thank you Lord for making us family here on this side of Glory. Until the day comes when I join all of you, I will forever feel the love.

I love my mom we definitely had our ups and downs good and bad times but my mom taught me how to be strong and survive on my own.
She was the strongest woman I've known. My mom left me to soon but I know one day I'll be with her again although I will miss the strange random texts
I love and miss you mom

Priscilla was the best sister. We laughed together, cried together, encouraged each other. She could always make me smile. I will miss her random out of the blue texts, that beautiful smile, hugs and our sister talks. Just to hear her voice one more time say "hey sis". I love you Priscilla.
