I met priscilla on my first day p.s. 192 in queens in 1973, oh my god! she was the most beautiful girl I,d ever seen. she was the first person towelcome me to the class, she seemed so way beyond her years, she was so refinded, she wore the prettiest dresses, her hair was always so pretty. I would talk on the phone with her for hours. I was so in love with her that I could,t eat or sleep,

Hello all, this is yours truly

First of I want to thank God for my granddaughter, she is so sweet and smart.  I never thought I would live to be over 60.  If I could encourage the living....the young, take care of your health, put your health in front of everything else you do.  Anxiety and stress is one and the same and  is a killer and most of us have it.  Learn Yoga, meditate, say no.  Money isn't everything.  Relax as much and often as you can.
Please. Cut back or out on the alcohol, leave the smoking alone.  Do some form of exercise daily.  Surround yourself with not those that "say" they love you, but those that show you they love you.  Be close to family if at all possible.
