I had a dream the other night. I dreamed that I was talking 2 her, asking her alot of questions, just like I always did... I asked her what it was like where she was now. She said it was very peaceful and so beautiful! So I asked her if I could come with her, because I missed her so much. She said " No honey, not yet, you're not ready just yet..."  I began 2 cry, and then she said, " But I'm here right now, baby..."  She kept petting my cheek, and I knew she truly was there...   

There's so many things I could tell you about my Nanny, she was an amazing person. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, friend... so many loved her...

She taught me to cook, to garden, to nurture, to love, and most of all to respect myself and those around me. She was my hero... She raised 2 boys, one of which is my Dad. The other's my Uncle George. They reflect the kind of person she was. They're great men.

I will miss my Nanny so much!!!!!!
