You will ALWAYS live in my heart <3
Listen to our prayer as we remember Rafaela C. Perez.
on the anniversary of her death.
We thank you for the good things
you have done among us by her life and example.
Grant that she may rejoice with you in heaven,
as we journey to your kingdom.
Keep us faithful in following the way of Jesus
that we may live in your love.
We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Amen.
You Have Gone...
To Where Earth Turns Into Heaven
And A Golden Paradise You Did Find
Although We Are Happy
For Your Peacefulness
You Are Missed By Those You Left Behind
We Share Grief, Disbelief And Sorrow
Wondering “How Can This Be?”
Yet, We Are Thankful For The Memories
That Will Sustain Us For An Eternity

The time I spent with grandma at the downtown store
I remember when I was just a little one.. and Grandma had a store downtown and my mom would go help her out. Well Grandma and my mom were busy with customers and I wasn't getting any attention so I got the scissors and cut one of my ponytails off .. OHHH was Grandmas and my Mom mad at me.. yeah I got my hair cut very short.
I also remember I would always tell grandma that I was her Nurse/doctor. Because when I would go to the store with my mom and the store wasn't as busy grandma would go to the back room to rest and I would go with her and I would put little towels on her forehead and pretend I was her doctor taking care of her. And when she had scraps of material we would sew pillows for the bed she had in the back room.
We would also watch The Price is Right while we waited for customers to come to the store.. Yeah I was not in school yet. So the store was my daycare or play area since my mom would go help grandma. And grandma would always put aside material that was pink and purple because I loved those colors when I was younger. I also remember playing like i was a model in the front windows of the store and watching the car pass by.
Then I stop going to the store because I started going to school and then Grandma didn't lease the store anymore. But I had many memories in that Store "La Mexicana" <3

One of a kind Grandma <3
I remember sitting in grandma's living room one morning talking to her about alot of stuff. My favorite was when she was sitting on her recliner about a month before she passed away and she was remembering the days when she was just a teenager. We both cried with one of the stories that she told me cause someone very important to her passed away when she was just a young girl. I miss you so much grandma. :(
