Its been almost 8yrs,but it seems like yesterday... Its really hard not having you hear, but your at peace.... yesterday you would have been 94yrs young... I just try to remember ALL the good times, but those last days and moments spent at your bedside!! Priceless and those memories I hold near and dear to my heart.....Love you Granddad....Cynthia

Dear Grandad not one day goes by I don't think of you. We miss you so very much you were the Rock of our Family... I will always carry you in my spirit. Bryittany and Bryan got to spend those last days at your bedside and the stories you told. Your last Birthday here on Earth,but you were tired and our selfishness had to step aside. Grandad,Daddy,Poppy,Uncle Ralph...Handsome Man(Old)LOL

ONE OF THE MOST FUNNIEST STORIES THAT I CAN RECALL IS WHEN THE CLOCKS WENT BACK AND GRANDAD WORKED AT 5AM SO IT WAS DARK. GRANDAD WOULD ALWAYS TAKE A NAP AND LAY DOWN, THIS DAY ME AND JAMES WERE VISITING THEN, ALL OF A SUDDEN HE WAKES UP FROM HIS NAP RUNNING ROOM TOO ROOM TO GET READY FOR WORK AND CALLS OUT TO MY GRANDMA (MARY) WAKE UP I OVER SLEPT HELP ME GET READY, GET MY LUNCH BOX, I WONT HAVE BREAKFAST...MEANWHILE MY GRANDMA,ME AND JAMES ARE ALL LAUGHING ALMOST TOO TEARS WHEN GRANDAD STANDS IN THE DOOR WAY AND ASKS WHATS SO FUNNY..MY GRANDMA IN HER SO SWEET VOICE SAYS "RALPH ITS 5:30PM ITS NIGHTIME"... YEAH HE DID NOT THINK IT WAS FUNNY, BUT ME AND JAMES LAUGHED SO MUCH AND NANA TOO.. THE OTHER STORY THAT WAS FUNNY TOO WAS I CALLED TO CHECK ON GRANDAD FROM WORK AND HE SAID "WHEN YOU COME HOME CAN YOU COME HELP ME LOOK FOR MY GLASSES THOSE KIDS BEEN PLAYING AND HAVE MISPLACED MY GLASSES"....NEEDLESS TOO SAY WHEN I GOT HOME FROM WORK I WALKED ACCROSS THE HALL OPENED THE DOOR AND GRANDAD HAD THE GLASSES ON HIS FOREHEAD, I SAID GRANDAD YOUR GLASSES ARE ON YOUR FOREHEARD, HE DROPPED TOO HIS KNEES AND PRAYED TOO ASK GOD FOR FORGIVENESS IN ACCUSING THE KIDS OF TAKING HIS GLASSES...CLASSIC GRANDAD.....I MISS U.....WE MISS U...
