We would like to celebrate the life of Ralph Canning, who passed away Sunday, November 22, 2015. He was a husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, church patron, co-worker, friend, and much more to many whose lives he touched. Ralph valued his connections to family, the church, neighbors, and friends. All will remember him forever. Services for Ralph will be held in Kansas City in the spring.
We have shared photos of Ralph in reverse chronological order. Please feel free to share other photos you may have as well.
Please share this memorial page with others who knew Ralph Canning and want to remember and honor him. For those who want to honor him on this site, you can leave a tribute here, add a story, add photos, and more.
Anyone wishing to honor him with a donation can do so in his name to Turning Point of Leawood, KS, at Turning Point, the National Parkinson Foundation at National Parkinson Foundation, or The Village Presbyterian Church of Prairie Village, KS, at The Village Church.
Tributes
Leave a tributeA baseball hat from Kansas City. I remember the day we were leaving VT, Ralph greeted us all as we entered the kitchen and had us sign a paper and write a short note about what we enjoyed on vacation and later he sent us a copy of that paper. We still have it and enjoy looking back on it every once in a while
