14 Years ago today our life’s were shattered forever!! It sounds like a long time ago but to us it feels like it just happened!! It is a Parents worst nightmare!! For some one in the military to be killed by another Marine then they cover it up is called corruption!! Yes he was murdered and covered it up!! Our Government has a lot of corruption and I don’t trust them. So many people have been lied too about what’s going on until something happens to them they will believe it!!

I know some people think that I can't except the fact that my Son took his own life!! No I am positive he didn't!! If a Sgt. or anyone visits a Marine on base he needs to sign in on a log book and that day that log book was missing... The person that killed my son took that log book to do something to it. Because when a Sgt. came to our House he too told my husband and I that they couldn't find the log book. I know that NCIS knows who it was but won't tell us!! Yes I am a grieving Mother and I know my Son better than anyone else. I asked the Sgt. that I wanted a certain Sgt. to escort my Son's body home and they told me he couldn't. Why not when he was always coming to the house and would bring my Son. That Sgt. even told my Son to tell everyone they were cousins. I hope that person that killed my Son can never be happy with his self and one day confesses. That Sgt. that would tell my Son to lie was even dismissed from the Marine Corps. P.S. and another Marine that use to tag along by the name Klein posted on his own Myspace RIP Bro at 5:02 pm the 19th of August and my Son was not found till that night or the early morning hours of the 20th. How did he know if he wasn't there or did he help the Sgt.!!!!!!!!!!WHAT A COVERUP!!!

I know that you are in a better place and it gives me comfort, but I wish you were still here with us. Since you left us our life's have not been the same. I am so mad!! Of course NCIS report is different than Adam's testimony because the Marine corps covered up Ramiro's death!! Why would Adam lie and then him and another Marine that was there in the
Barracks, then they get a dishonorable discharge for trying to tell the truth!! These people are so corrupt in Washington!! I will not stop till my Son gets justice!! If it was their Son or daughter what would they do!!! Adam said it was 3 Marines that had just come back from Iraq that dragged Ramiro with the belt around his neck!! Remember the log book was missing when they were doing their investigation, who had it!! What a bunch of cover ups!!

I just got through talking to Adam my son Ramiro's roommate, he told me that his testimony is never going to match with the report NCIS because Adam is telling the truth and that Gunny Sgt Holland covered up the crime and they don't want to be exposed. I asked him why did they kill him, Adam's answer was because Ramiro did what he was suppose to and he was moving up in rank and he wouldn't take no bull shit and would stand up to what was right, Adam said it was 3 Marines that had just got back from Iraq wounded warriors. Marine report was that Ramiro committed suicide over a girl he never met. Adam's testimony is that someone stole Ramiro's iPod and Ramiro confronted that Marine and there was an argument/ fight in the barracks and the next day the 3 Marines came to Ramiro's barracks and killed him...

I JUST GOT DONE TALKING TO Kevin McCarthy's Office and told them that they need to go to the President and tell him that NCIS will not investigate Ramiro's case because it doesn't match with their report and Adam Blowe, Ramiro's roommate. Of course it doesn't they covered up the crime. I will not stop until someone is prosecuted for my Son's death. I want someone to be held accountable for Ramiro's death. They tried to make it look like Ramiro hung himself over a girl when that wasn't true. They made it look like Ramiro hung himself and lied about what happened they drug Ramiro with a belt around his neck and got on his computer and they pretended to be Ramiro and said Ramiro couldn't live without Lori. This happened on 8-19-2007, Bryan Klein put on his page RIP bro at 5:02 pm and Ramiro wasn't found in his barracks until in the early morning hours of 8-20-2007. Adam Blowe his roommate said he told them what had happened that 3 marines killed Ramiro. He said that Gunny Sgt. Holland wouldn't listen and gave Adam Blowe and B-Bowe a dishonorable discharge the next day. Just so that they would not tell because they were in the room with Ramiro when the 3 Marines killed him. I guess it started with them stealing from Ramiro and him confronted them. I knew that because Bryan Klein came into my house and stole about 10 pair of Ramiro's jeans after Ramiro had been killed. My father let Bryan Klein because he told my Dad that he forgot something at my house. This is horrible

SON I KNEW FROM THE DAY IT HAPPENED THAT YOU DID NOT HANG YOURSELF, I KNOW FROM SOMEONE THAT WAS THERE THAT THEY KICKED YOUR DOOR DOWN AND STRAPPED YOU WITH A BELT AROUND YOUR NECK WHILE YOU WERE LAYING ON YOUR BUNK AND DRAGGED YOU WITH THE BELT AROUND YOUR NECK INTO THE LOCKER ROOM.THEN THE MARINES INVOLVED STAGED THE SEEN IN YOUR BARRACKS. NOW LET'S SEE WHAT KEVIN MCCARTHY IS GOING TO DO WITH THIS NEW INFORMATION, HE'S NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT I GAVE THIS INFORMATION TOO. THE MARINE CORP. COVERED IT UP AND TRIED TO MAKE ME BELIEVE THAT YOU KILLED YOUR SELF OVER A GIRL WHEN IT WAS ALL OVER YOUR IPOD. THE STEALING THEY WERE DOING TO YOU. EVEN WHEN YOU WERE ALREADY DEAD THEY CAME INTO OUR HOME AND STOLE SOME OF YOUR CLOTHES FROM YOUR BEDROOM HERE AT THE HOUSE. THIS IS SUCH A BAD THING THAT THEY HAVE DONE TO YOU AND OUR FAMILY!! I DON'T KNOW WHERE ALL THIS COVER UP WAS DONE AND BY WHO, BUT IT NEEDS TO BE EXPOSED AND THE MARINES INVOLVED NEED TO BE HELD ACOUNTABLE FOR YOUR DEATH AND YOUR NAME BE CLEARED, NOT A SUICIDE!!! I KNOW THAT THERE IS SOME BAD PEOPLE IN EVERY BRANCH AND WE NEED TO CLEAN IT UP AND NOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT. WHO KNOWS HOW MANY MARINES HAVE BEEN KILLED BY ANOTHER MARINE AND COVERED IT UP!! Yesterday was 10 years since our Son Ramiro has gone to be with the Lord!! Life is still not any eazier, I just learned to live with the pain and except the things that I cannot change!! It makes me happy to see his brother and his Family go visit hiis Resting Place!! I am to far away to have been there!! I carry him in my heart always but I still love going there because I know thats where his remines are resting...

I know that your in a much better place and that we will all be together again one day!! I know that your always with me, at times I can feel you touching my arm and I think it's a bug or a hair and I try to brush it off my arm and there's nothing, then I think it must be you giving me comfort and letting me know your right there with me....I love you Son, may you Rest in Peace!!

Son I was reading about the Drill Instructor's that were found guilty of the abuse of the recruit's at MCRD when you were there in 06 and 07. I am wondering if they didn't think that you were going to say something about what was going on with some of the recruit's being mistreated. I know that a lot of the reports by the press said that they didn't know the cause of your death. So if you hung your self why didn't they say your roommate found you hanging, instead they said that you were on your bunk unresponsive!! This is a cover up and I want answers!! The log book also was missing, who would be able to take it.. What did they do to it or what changes did they do to it?? Who went into your barracks on the 19th of August. Who's names were on that log book??? There is a lot of corruption and I wish that it wouldn't be like this.. I know now that someone wanted you dead because 2 months before your death when your car was totaled from the back and front of the car someone had to have hit your mustang from behind and throw your mustang into the brick wall. Sgt. Gonzales, Klein, and another Marine were with you. After that you didn't want me to say that Galvan was with you when you were visiting us. You stopped bring Sgt. Gonzales, Klein and some of the other Marines over to the house. I also remember when Galvan was in the hospital after your death, he said he run into a tree. I truly think that someone was trying to scare him to shut up and not say anything or he would get murdered like you were. God please let TRUMP BE OUR NEXT PRESIDENT so that we can get all the corruption out into the open..

I use to have so much faith in our Government till the death of my Son I started noticing a lot of things that were not right!! Now I don't trust them at all!! When I wrote to our Senator Kevin McCarthy a lot of people told me that he wasn't going to help me find out who killed my Son but I told them that he would!! Well I guess I was wrong!! He never contacted me he would only do it through his Secretary!! You would think that my Son being born in Bakersfield, California and a U.S.Marine he would have done more for him. The Basham Funeral Home Staff along with Mr John Basham were so thoughtful and loving they do care for our Community!! I do believe that (some) of the people in Washington DC are only there to collect a check and run the Country to benefit them!! There are to many Coverup's that should be investigated!! We need only 2 term Senator's and everyone else working in Office just like our Presidents!! What makes them so special? We need change in our Government!!

I have been thinking all day today when you were in Boot Camp Son that your Drill Instructor would bring you Home to Visit on The weekends after you Graduated from Boot Camp!! I thought it was strange but never thought twice about it!! I was also thinking about the weekend that he bought you home and he along with two other Marines were going out and you were going to be the designated driver and woke up to your Dad yelling at you about what had happened to your car?? Crashed from the front and back of it!! You said that the Sgt. Drill instructor had pulled your car home with his truck and never bothered to wake us up!! You said that you ran into the brick wall to avoid hitting a dog, now I ask myself why was the back of the car crashed too??Why was the SGT. always also talking to that strange woman also?? Did they have a plan in killing you?? THERE is so many questions that I keep asking myself!! I remember you telling me that the Sgt. said to you to tell all your Fellow Marines that he was your Cousin that's why he was always around you!! MY SON WAS MURDERED AND I WANT ANSWER'S!! THEN WHEN THEY SAID HE WAS FOUND ON HIS BED DEAD THEN THEY SAID HANGING!! WHAT A LIE WHY WOULD YOU KEEP CHANGING YOUR STORY!! THERE WAS A BIG COVER UP!!

Hoping that our next President will be one that will stand up for America and what it stands for!! We need a President that will not be afraid to do what is right for our Country!! We need to elect our Congress and make sure they are really going to do what they are elected to do!! We the People need the truth and not what they think we want to hear!! I have lost my faith in our Government since our Son's Death and how it was being covered up!! If it was one of their Children they would most likely be raising hell like I have been!! I want our President to give the raises where they need to be given to our Troops, Police Dept, Fire Dept and all the People that are out there risking their Life's to keep America Safe!! And not just sitting and collecting a check from the Tax Payers money!! I see a lot of raises where there shouldn't be given!! There is a lot of deaths in the Military that are called Suicide and not investigated the way it should be!!

Son yesterday I was sad and mad at the same time because of what was done to you and that if I would not have fought for you to get Justice your Death would have just been another Suicide like many others. Thinking about my Son Ramiro like always and what a great loss to our Family he is!! There is not one day that I don't think about him!! I'm glad he lived a life of Joy and he did all the things he wanted to do!! I'm happy that we gave him whatever he wanted and were always there for him and still are!! No one needs to be done injustice the way he was!! He gave his all to the Marine Corp. while training in Boot Camp he never complained!! He trained hard and gave his all in whatever he set his mind too!! You could always count on him and he was there for you!! He would stand up to anyone that was being mistreated he was a true Friend,Son, Brother, Uncle! No and he wasn't a bully but for some reason the bullies didn't like him!! He Shined where ever he went and stood out because of the kind of person he was!! The Sad part is that he didn't get to finish all of his accomplishments!! Tomorrow will be 8 years since you left us!! We miss you so much!!

The Coroner that did my Son's Autopsy told me that he was told that my Son just got back from Iraq!! Doesn't that sound strange!! He was training so that he could go! He wanted to go!! I told the Coroner that they gave him the wrong information!! They wanted him to think he killed his self!! Which it is not true!!

This morning and all day I have been thinking about our Son Ramiro!! About the day he came into my room and told me he was enlisting in the Marine Corp. I asked him if he was sure that's what he wanted to do!! He said yes Mom I want to do it, don't worry because I can handle it. You know how you had rules for us and we were able to follow them. I know that I can move up in rank and be someone in there. It just makes me so sad that his life was taken and they didn't give him the chance of who he was going to become in the Marine Corp. It hurts me so much because he was cheated from his life and who he was going to become!! Today I have been extra sad just thinking about what was done!! Nothing has ever been the same since then!!

There is not one day that your Dad and I don't think of you and remember all the fond memories we have of you!! We look forward to the day we will all be together again!! Tomorrow will be 7 years that our Son Ramiro left us and to us it's like it just happened. I really believe that his life was taken from him 7 years ago today when another Marine posted on his own MySpace RIP BRO at 5:02 p.m. on the 19th when my Son's body wasn't found until the early morning hours of the 20th..Now how would he have known he was dead???? We have the copy of the page saying RIP BRO on the 19th at 5:02 p.m.
It doesn't get better you only learn to live with the pain!! People say in time no that is not true you only learn to live with your empty heart!! I know he is in a better place and that one day we shall be together again!! That is what keeps me going knowing that one day we will be together again!!

I was thinking about when you were in Boot Camp you asked me in a letter if I could get a t -shirt made for one of your SERGEANT DRILL INSTRUCTOR some printing on the back shirt (I HATE EX-WIFES AND RECRUITS!! Now I think he should not have been doing that job if he hated it so bad....Then he even traveled to your Home Coming Party and would tell you to tell the other Marines you were cousins!! Was he setting you up?? I am still not convinced that you took your own life, there was a cover up and I know one day it will come to light!! Too many lies and there's things I know that you confided in me!!

I KNOW WHO THE THREE THAT WERE INVOLVED IN THE COVER UP, IT WAS THE SGT. THE MARINE COOK AND THE ONE THAT CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND TOOK MY SON'S JEANS AND STOLE THEM WHEN WE WERE NOT HOME!! HE WAS USING DRUGS AND HE WAS SO SUCKED UP!! THERE IS SOMEONE THAT KNOWS WHAT HAPPENED BUT HE WAS THREATEN THAT THEY WOULD DO TO HIM WHAT WAS DONE TO MY SON!! THINGS ARE CATCHING UP TO THEM!! MY SON DIDN'T WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM ANYMORE BECAUSE HE KNEW WHAT THEY WERE UP TOO!! MY SON STAYED AWAY FROM PEOPLE THAT WOULD DO DRUGS THAT WAS NOT HIS INTEREST. HOW BLIND WITH GRIEF WAS I NOT TO SEE IT ALL IN THE BEGINNING!! RAMIRO WAS MOVING UP IN RANKS REAL FAST AND THEY WERE JEALOUS OF HIM. THE NCIS BELIEVED THESE 3 MARINES!! THEN TWO OF THEM HAD THE NERVE TO BE AT HIS FUNERAL!! I WAS SO BLIND THAT I DIDN'T PUT TWO AND TWO TOGETHER!! THE SGT. EVEN LIED ABOUT HIS EX WIFE SO THAT HE COULD TAKE CUSTODY OF HIS DAUGHTER AND TAKE HER AWAY FROM HER MOTHER!! BECAUSE SHE DIVORCED HIM.THAT CAME OUT OF HIS MOUTH AND I HEARD!!
