Memorial sevices for Randall Leslie James, 64, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 8, 2011, at the Hale Cemetary, Highway 70, Ruidoso Downs, NM. The services will be officiated by Dale Skidmore of the Church of Caballo, and will be followed by a reception at 201 Circle Drive, Ruidoso Downs.

Randy, who passed away on September 22, 2011, in Albuquerque, NM,  was born on March 8, 1947 in Duncan, OK. to Willie "Leslie" James and Sevesta James. He is survived by his wife, Debbi James, his mother, Sevesta, his daughter Lesley Doyle, his son Justin James, and three grandchildren, Sean, Lauren, and Elizabeth. He was preceded in death by his father, Willie "Leslie" James.

Randy, a Purple Heart recipient,  was a US Army veteran and served in Viet Nam as a Sentry Dog Handler.
