Mr. Randy Troy Chapman, age 59 of Franklin, Georgia passed away at the Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton, Georgia on Wednesday, February 26, 2014.
Memorial services were conducted for Mr. Chapman on Sunday, March 2, 2014, at 3:00 P.M. from the Tom Stutts and Son Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverends Mary Nell Burden, and Larrice Patterson officiating. Music was provided by Cleveland Rutledge, Jr., and the Ebenezer Church Choir.
