Randy was born April 14, 1952 in Enterprise Oregon to Beverly and Delbert Martin. They made there home in Wallowa until moving to Milton-Freewater in 1956. Randy graduated from McLoughlin Union High School in 1970. Shortly after he began his 37 year career at Key Technology. 

Randy was married in 1978 and had his first daughter Kimberly Ann on January 8,1979. On November 27, 1981 Randy's second daughter Amanda Rae was born.

Randy truly enjoyed the outdoors and all they had to offer. Hunting, fishing, hiking, backpacking, and camping were among his favorite activities. Randy had a real knack for photography, he loved nothing more then taking pictures of his greatest treasures, his grandchildren!

Randy is survived by his daughter Kim, her husband Omar and their two children Hannah Rae and Mateo. A second daughter Amanda and her son Parker Lee. A sister Cindy and her husband Tom and their two daughters Amber and Katie. 

Randy left us here on earth on January 25, 2010. He will forever be missed.
