Mr. Ray was such a sweet and kind man; he was instrumental in leading so many of us to Christ, at Jasper Assembly of God. He absolutely loved to see young people surrender their lift to Jesus. Forever he will be missed.

his Life

daddy was 1 of a kind. The most kindest and compassionate man I know.  He loved his family. His life growing up is kinda confusing  to many. But he did not let that ruin his life as he got older. Daddy loved going. Back home to Alabama and get on the Tennessee river and catch sum fish on trout lines. He would work on his boxes before making that trip to get everything in order. Spent many of days sitting on porch watching him.

Raymond ( daddy ) was a great man. He loved his family unconditionally.  He always had a way with words. Wether it was words of comfort,  words of wisdom,  words of encouragement. He always knew right what to say. Daddy was also a very devout Christian man.  He loved  playing his guitar and singing at church. Daddy was also a man that could make you smile and laugh. He was very comical.

Daddy, things sure isn't the same since you been gone. Soon to be 4 years . A part of me wants you back so much but I would not want you to face and deal with all that we are going thru now.  Thank you for continuing to watch over us as we go about our daily routine.  I hear you singing so many nites while I am trying to sleep. I love you so much daddy...  one day we will be reunited in heaven... your babygirl .

I have many wonderful memories of daddy but the ones that stands out the most is being in church with him for many of years and me and him singing together.
