Raymond F. Dougherty, "DOC", Sunrise: January 7, 1976, Sunset: December 20, 2021, left this world peacefully to be with his parents and his beloved dogs. He is no longer suffering.

Raymond was a number one NASCAR fan, Eagles fan, and loved all sports. When he was young, he played football for Deptford Twp., where he was raised. Raymond worked for Mr. Softee in Runnemede for 23 years, so when you see a Mr. Softee ice cream truck, it's a good bet Ray built it.

He is in a better place now. Raymond is survived by his brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and his fiance and daughter he raised since the age of four. Everyone loved Ray!

Ray and his fiance were engaged for eight years, together for 15, and he always considered himself married.

Raymond passed away where he wanted to be at his home. His fiance made sure his wish came true.

He wanted everyone to remember him the way he was; Happy Ray Ray! He will be missed.

Services private.
