Happy Birthday love of my life! It’s really late but I can’t sleep because I have a terrible head cold and every time I lay flat I start coughing. I actually have been pretty busy the last couple of days decorating for the holidays. I love the the house all lit up for the Christmas season. I’m not nearly finished but I will get there. It seems like I have to start earlier every year because it takes me longer to do it! Getting old is a pain in the butt. I’m sure you know because you are 75 today. I’m not far behind. There isn’t really much going on right now. The calm before the storm of the holidays. Katy and Bailey are doing o.k. They will soon be 14. They said to tell you “hello” and they love you and miss you so much. Well Baby,I’m going to sign off now. Please tell Sid and lil hello and have a big piece of birthday cake for me! Hi Love, just wanted to let you know that Uncle Warren passed away two days ago. He was 96 years old! He probably died of loneliness since Aunt Ruthann died earlier this year. They were married for 69 years! He stayed in the house in Jeffersonville until he fell and broke his hip. Well enough of the sad news. Everyone is doing o.k. here. The weather is finally breaking and it is getting cooler.The dogs are glad it has cooled,they hated the heat and humidity. They weren’t the only ones !!! It’s hard to believe that they are approaching 14 years old. Marcia got a new puppy and he is too cute for words. Rowdy is his name and it is well deserved. Well Baby it’s very early in the morning and I’m going back to sleep. Love you and miss you more and more. UWMA

Sorry, Ray, just realized I know your birthday is in November but a little emotional now, it was 5 yrs for George on the 1st. It was so ironic, you passed on in June 2013, George went in June 2014 and Lil went in June 2015. 3 years in a row. I guess I should be extra careful this month. Anyway Rest In Peace.

Hi Baby, Another year has passed. It doesn’t seem possible that I have been without you for six long years. I miss you so very much. Nothing much has changed just another year has gone by.Katy and Bailey are still hanging in there but both of them are almost deaf and can’t see very well. You would be so surprised to see Anthony and Ray now, Anthony is working and working out at the gym. He has really become quite well built! Ray is getting ready to go to college. That’s right college!!! I am going back home to see him graduate next week. It doesn’t seem possible does it? They have grown into very handsome boys. You would be so proud of them! Good morning Love of my Life, Marcia,Lindy and I just got back from New Orleans. That city is something else! Needless to say we had a wonderful time. Ate ourselves silly and walked forever. I understand why you had such a good time when you went. I finally got the beignets I have wanted forever. They were great. Of course I looked like a snowman after eating them! I had powdered sugar everywhere.They were well worth it though. The “kids” aren’t happy with me but they will get over it!! Well I am going to close because I have a mountain of laundry to do. Hi Baby, just letting you know that Aunt Ruthann died yesterday. She had a heart attack. Slowly but surely everyone is leaving us. Uncle Warren is hanging in there but he has no idea what is going on. I think he is around 91 or 92. Warren and Jim are the last of the close family. That’s about it. Love you and miss you as always. Merry Christmas My Love, I spent a wonderful holiday with John,Tania and the boys. We had a great time and great food! It would have been so much better with you here to celebrate with us. It just isn’t the same baby. Sindy remarried on Sunday in a beautiful ceremony. She seems very happy. I’m sure Lil was watching and thrilled to know she is no longer alone.
