Raymond was born on 8/23/1948 in Minersville,Pa to John and Christina Melunis and was the oldest of four siblings,Peter,John and Linda. At 17 years of age he enlisted in the US Navy and did three tours in Viet Nam and recieved 3 bronze stars.He married Helen Palmer on 10/26/1968 .He loved working with his hands,he could take a peice of wood and turn it into somesome beautiful and always try to make it better.He worked for Pand B Partitions for 26 years and traveled to many places to build places for the company. Ray loved to fish and got to go fishing every chance he could .Ray retired in 2010 and wanted to move to Va to be near his son and his family.Ray loved his 3 grand children so very much(Kyle,Amanda and Megan). He loved his son Scott and daughter-in-law Corina so much.Ray you are loved and missed so very much.
