Raymond J. Menard, Jr. was born on July 2, 1934 in Hartford, Connecticut. His parents were Raymond Joseph Menard, Sr. and Antosia Nursick Menard of Hartford, Connecticut. He had a brother Bruce R. Menard and sister Renee Menard Dingwell, all who predeceased him.
Raymond and Carmen had three children together. Raymond J. Menard, III of Carlsbad, California. Raymond III married Kathleen M. Cone of and they had two daughters, Tatiana and Natasha. Robert B. Menard of Vista, California. Robert was married first to Paivi Roikonen of Finland and they had two sons, Mikko and Niklas. Robert is currently married to Julia. Linda A. Menard married Robin Adams of Leesburg, Florida.

Raymond J. Menard, Jr., passed away peacefully in his sleep at a care facility in Rancho Bernardo, California on May 25, 2021 from Alzheimer’s Dementia and pneumonia. He was 86 years old.
On June 20, 1959, he married Carmen Marie Albert of St. Agatha, Maine. She is waiting for him at Miramar National Cemetery, where he will be laid to rest on Wednesday, June 16, 2021. Our father was a recovering alcoholic and narcotics user in his early life, but on April 20, 1969, he started his recovery and was clean and sober until his death with just over 52 years in AA and NA. To his second family at the Alano Club, Keep Coming Back, It Works, he always said.
R.I.P. Dad, we will see you again in a different place and time.
