Rebecca “Becky” Cash Allen, 79,a longtime resident of Granville County passed away Monday, October 24, 2011 at Nash General Hospital in Rocky Mount, NC.

A native of Granville County, the daughter of the late James Samuel and Juanita Champion Cash.  She was a member of Stovall Baptist Church and a homemaker.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Thursday, October 27, 2011 in the Eakes Funeral Chapel in Oxford by Rev. Mark Pridgen and Rev. Carol Ellis.  Burial will be in Stovall Baptist Church Cemetery.

Surviving are two daughters, Gail A. Zarko of Kinston, Jean A Heath of Louisburg, a son, Roy Lee Allen of Nashville, a sister, Mary L. Longmire of Knightdale, five brothers, James “Junior” Cash and William Cash both of Henderson, Howard Cash and Randy Cash both of Epson, Roy Cash of Rocky Mount, four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and one great great grandson.

Visitation will be held from 7:00 – 8:30 PM Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at the Eakes Funeral Home in Oxford and other time at the home of Jean Heath of Louisburg.
