This page is in honor or my oldest and dearly missed Daughter. Rebecca Jane Conners (Becky). She fought Melenoma Cancer for six month and lost the battle. She was only 21 when god called her home. She is missed so much. Loved by many and was an all around awsome person. She was fun, happy (even while she was sick), loving, beautiful, just a wonderful person to know. I love you Becky.

Her life

November 11, 2012

Becky lived a full life in the short time she was here.  She was always willing to learn and do knew things.  She was so much fun to be around.  Even when life threw her a curve ball she kept smiling and delt with it.  She didn't let things get to her.  I remember when she was a baby, she was so curious about everything.  One of the pics posted here is from when she was a toddler she is sitting on the ground under a tree totally amazed at the tiny little ant that is walking on her hand.  She sat there for a long time (being a toddler) and watched the little bug.  Now let me say that as an adult she absolutly hated bugs and moths and even butterfly's. I remember when my two best friends in the world came from New York to visit us in North Carolina (while she was sick with cancer) we were sitting in the dinningroom and a moth flew in.  The screen door had gotten blown off during a storm earlier that year, so me and my two best friends went the next day and bought a screen door and hung it up.  Of course Becky was there to supervise and keep us laughing.
As a teenager she was difficult.  I mean really difficult.  Me and her had the typical mother daughter fights but we got threw it.  She loved her family.  She could do or say anything she wanted to her sisters or me but NO ONE ELSE COULD.   No she's kick your ass if you messed with her family.
As a young adult she was so cool.  She was my best friend.  It's really awsoome when your and your daughter go from fighting to friends.  We worked together, we hung out, we went out to lunch (just me and her) we did alot of thing together.  Then she got sick.  We were still very close acually probably even closer than before.
I miss her so much especially this time of year.  It just seems so unfair, so wrong just awful that this had to happen.  I don't know what to do with the feelings i still have as far as her death.  I still hurt, cry and feel like my heart is breaking in half.  I feel so alone with these feelings.  I just don't know what to do with them.  Sometimes I get so angry I still feel like I can go outside and rip a full grown tree out of the ground.
I would love for anyone who knew her to feel free to post pictures of her on here.  I am going to get more and upload then soon.
In loving memory of my beautiful awsome dearly missed daughter Rebecca Conners.
