Rebecca Lea, Becky, Smith (nee Bachey) unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at the age of 66. Daughter of the late Thomas and Barbara Bachey, Becky is survived by her husband, Ron Smith, her sons, Nathan (Lauren) Wiley and his children Carson and Harper, and Andrew (Kristina) Wiley and his son Grayson, step-daughters Melanie Shook and Maria Clum, two stepsons Ronnie and Robert Smith, her brother Thomas (Deborah) Bachey, and many cousins and friends.
Becky grew up in the Dayton, Ohio area, then graduated from Georgetown High School in Georgetown, Delaware. Becky spent her career in Inventory Control and Purchasing, retiring from Greene County Career and Technical Center-Beavercreek. Becky enjoyed her family and friends while raising many dogs and cats over the years. The family will be paying respects in private by having a Celebration of Life on her birthday on October 28th.
