Her Life
October 30, 2011

Renee' passed suddenly last Saturday morning Oct. 22 as she lay in her hospital bed at Ft. Sanderson Memorial, TN, awaiting the arrival of her Husband, parents, brother and son. She succumbed to total liver failure that was a result of brain surgery and many physical complications several years earlier. She died peacefully in her sleep.

After much sorrowful grieving, mourning and remembrance through personal stories and experiences; we all went to Sunday Mass, Brad and Mom & Dad headed back to Florida while Adam remained to help George with the many difficult tasks ahead.

Per her wishes, Renee' was a registered organ donor and wanted to donate her eyes, hair, bone, skin, etc to those who could be helped. This was who she was in life; always helping anyone and anything that needed whatever she could offer. She was then cremated and George brought her ashes back to the home that she loved so much. Her house is a tribute to her ability to create something from nothing and everything in the house has her signature on it.

She is now home, surrounded by her husband, dogs, birds and recently adopted barn cat who just had kittens who all loved her so much. Anyone who knew her called her the "Animal Whisper-er" as she had the talent to be able to communicate with animals in a very unique way. As a little girl living in rural MI, she had so many adopted animals throughout the years that she had a small cemetery outside her bedroom window where she would tend to their little graves.

Renee', we love you and will miss you very much!
