This memorial website was created in memory of our very special Rex. We will remember him forever. His smile and kindness live on through the memories of his family, friends and the community, and through the lives of the many people his organ donation saved.

The family would like to thank everyone for their support and prayers, the meals, the flowers, and the donations to the Rex Martell Smith fund. Your generosity and kindness are much appreciated.
