We were saddened to hear of Rexanne's passing. She was a kind and gentle soul with a wonderful heart. She loved all God's creatures, great and small. Though her light will continue to shine, she will be missed. Our hearts love, thoughts and prayers are with you. Godspeed Rexanne! Steve, Annette, Autumn and Brandon Fowler
I am so sad that Rexanne has passed on, we will all miss her gentle, kind soul. But I'm thankful she is free of the struggles of this physical world that have been so hard over the last years. Although we will miss those we love who have passed on, it is really only a short time until we are all together again. Sending you all lots of love, you are in my thoughts and prayers. - Marc Scagnelli

Rexanne was my dearest friend growing up. She was the smartest person in our class and the smartest person in our school with one exception, my brother, Randy. Rexanne was a ravenous reader and wrote beautiful poetry every day! She was so talented.
She and I spent a lot of time together during our teen years. I remember fondly overnight stays with Rexanne at her grandmother’s house in Stantonsburg. We did our homework together and stayed up late to watch Johnny Carson and will never forget the night Tiny Tim married Miss Vicki live on The Tonight Show --- happy memories!
