Rich was Born to Gary and Barbara in 1971. In 1974 is Baby Sister was born. Rich grew up and lived most of his life in San Leandro. He was a Very Loving out going guy. His best friend by far was his Little sister but never ask them that. Rich was a Great Son The Best Brother and always protected his Little Sister . Rich was taken from us inOctober of 1998 just 3days after his Little Sister gave birth to his Niece.
