Happy birthday dear daddy. We miss you every single day. We still talk about you lots like you were just here. I got the jaguar we always talked about. It’s black not yellow though. Every time I drive it I hope you are there with me enjoying it. I’m sorry you didn’t live long enough to take it around the block. I miss you so much dad, mom does too. I pray we will be reunited one day.
Love,
Suzie

You’re right, it is getting late early. Jakes getting married Friday and we all wish you were going to be there. Thank you for putting in a good word to God and allowing us to have mom. You are loved and missed more than you could ever possibly know dad. This day in 2014 is still crystal clear. I replay it almost on a daily basis. I’m so sorry I couldn’t help you.

Dickie Doodlebug, You left me 6 years ago tonite at 8:30 pm. We all miss you terribly. Not a day goes by that someone doesn’t make a comment about you. You left a big hole in my heart. We were married for 62 years and I have lots of memories of our life together, but they only make the hurt worse. Collins died suddenly a few months after you. Now from our original family of 6 we are only 3. The good news is we have 11 grandchildren ( 7 boys and 4 girls. ) And then we have 14 great grandchildren ( 5 boys and 9 girls.) And we have 7 more grandchildren to  become parents. So all together we have 25 descendants plus our 4 babies, and more to come. Look what we started! But nothing can make up for the emptiness you left behind. I pray we will be together again. Love forever and ever, tina

Today you would be turning 86. It’s been 3 years and the pain still feels the same. I miss you for so many reasons. No one’s life is the same without you. Happy Birthday Daddy.
