What a beautiful tribute to your father Steph. He is lucky to have had you for a son as you have a beautiful soul. You now know that your dad loved you very much and Will always be with you. You are strong and loved by many people. Remember that you are enough and your dad knew that too. Love you

Dad, You taught me the greatest lesson and and gave me the greatest gift. Although we didn’t talk much, I now know that you really did love me. You fought a good fight and I’m so happy that you are at peace and looking down at us. We will meet again when I surrender. I love you.

His Life
August 11, 2020
My father was a tough man. He didn’t really know how to say “I love you”, instead he always bought us things and kept food on the table and roofs’ over our head. That was his way of saying I love you. I carry on that tradition. It’s been difficult to say I love you because I was afraid to be vulnerable. My dad loved the “shock factor”, he would tell nasty jokes in front of random people and he didn’t give a shit what they thought. I can hear his laugh now. As I have grown, it’s a shame to see that he was not the man my mother portrayed him to be. If anything, he is a survivor for the abuse and wanting to be loved unconditionally. Even a broken man, I am very lucky to see my father finallybloom with love.

Thank you for all the memories Uncle. Thank you for being a part of my life. Thank you for giving me my cousins (I can’t see life without them). We were alike in many ways Uncle. Wild, spunky, tough and always talking smack. I’m gonna miss you. I wish I could have had a chance to tell you how much you meant to me. You were taken way too soon, but I know you are in God’s good hands now. Love you always, Danny.

Richard, you were an amazing father enlaw to me and from day one you treated me like your own daughter.  I have so many wonderful memories with you that will live on forever.   Thank you for always loving me and showing my kids what the love from a Papa feels like.  You will always live on through the memories my family has and the knock knock jokes that my boys now tell.  James and I will always keep you alive with our stories and memories.  I am so happy that my son is named after you and that both of my children had a chance to call you their Papa.  You will me greatly missed!
