Aside of the funeral costs, one of the burdens that the family is facing are the remaining medical bills from Richard's extensive treatment. Donations are being accepted via the Richard Micallef Memorial Fund. If you have any questions or would like to offer help in some other way, please send us an email.

"We are thinking of Ric daily and remembering the great times we had. His funny sense of humor will never be forgotten. His knack for being making things happen at work and at home. He is missed by family and friends."
"RC was a Rock Star in my world !! We first met back in 84' when I went to work with him. I was impressed from the first day, he had more power in his brain than computers back then and never forget a phone number. He was was one of the best guys on the planet to work with! He was always there as a friend and in times of need he always had great life advice. The most important thing to him was always his family, which really made me look up to him and respect him even more. I'll always remember him with his confident smile and the spark in his eyes! Going to miss you Bro !"
"Every Monday we would receive a fruit basket at work and sometimes it would consist of a Pear. If the Pear was still there when RC arrived he would take it. This went on for a while. One morning I said to RC "Boy, you must love Pears!" He replied "My wife Paula loves them!, I take it home for her." I immediately realized RC's love for his wife.
RC was a good man and will be missed. See you on the other side my friend!"
"RC became my brother about 26 years ago when he accepted me as his friend and welcomed me into his family. I cherish the time we shared, the friendship we had and the fun we experienced together."
