Rick, I am sad to hear of your passing. I have many fond memories of Seattle and spending time with you and Melody. We were friends for awhile and had some pretty memorable good times. We shared a love of music despite having completely different musical tastes. I will see you again one day on the other side. Maybe we will spin a record and enjoy a...well, you know. RIP, you old hippie.

Richard, I never got to meet you, but I knew about you from Kenya and I wanted to say that I know that you are greatly missed, I love hearing about your life. You seem to have been a man with a wonderful sense of humor, great compassion, strength, and a loyal and loving friend. There are very few people like you and when you are gone we all feel the loss. I hope to meet you one day and if you see Ryan, be sure to say hi. I think the two of you would have a great time. Thank you for blessing all the people that were in your life and even me. Your strength gave me strength, and I hope that you are seeing beauty and light and are filled with the knowledge of the universe and God and know all the answers that we all wish we knew.
