Rick passed away at the Kelowna Hospice Home on March 30, 2015. 

Rick was born on March 11, 1947 in Prince Albert, Saskatewan. He is predeceased by his father William Michael (Bill) Murphy and his mother Alvine Emma Primeau and brother Jimmy.

He is survived my his wife Carol, daughter Tracy, son Ryan, four granchildren (Shayna, Saskia, Jayden and Riley), and his sisters Carol Harris and Cindy Ross. Throughout Rick's life, family meant everything. 

In Rick's own words "I don't want any parade or fanfare". His years of hard work and many life achievements are living through his children, whom he was so proud of. 

We will miss him each and every day. Life will go on through our wonderful memories of Rick!
