Rick was one of the first people that I met when I came to be stationed at Cheatum Annex in Virginia in 1994. He was a true friend, mentor and big brother figure to me. Taught me a lot about how to do my job as a instructor and cargo handler. My condolences go out to his family. God took a good one when he called you home.
