Robbie Algin Cash, 52, a longtime resident of Granville County passed away Monday, December 22, 2014 at his home.

A native of Granville County the son of Algin Lewis Cash and the late Willie Mae Lowery Cash. He was of the Baptist faith and was a Respiratory Therapist for many years.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Friday, December 26, 2014 at Eakes Funeral Home in Creedmoor. Burial will be in the Rogers Family Cemetery.

Surviving are his son, Robbie Algin Cash II of the home, his father, Algin Lewis Cash of Creedmoor, two sisters; Teresa C. Sandifer and Pam Cash, both of Butner, a brother, Carlton Cash of Butner, and a special friend Debra Blankenship. He was preceded in death by his mother, Willie Mae Lowery Cash.

Flowers are accepted.

Visitation will be held Friday, December 26, 2014 at Eakes Funeral Home in Creedmoor from 9:30 – 10:45 A.M. prior to the funeral service and at other times the home.

I am so very sorry to hear of Robbie's passing. I was only aware as of yesterday. Had I known, my daughter and I would have been at the funeral and/or funeral home to pay our respects to Robbie and his family. I know you miss him dearly and your hearts are broken. I witnessed the special love his brother and sisters had for Robbie. It  was evident in conversation, expression, and joy shared whenever you all were together. Please know that I share your sorrow. My Thoughts & prayers go out to Robbie Jr. Algin , Teresa, Pam and the rest of the family. Will never forget Mae & I was at Granville Hospital to give birth to our boys and poor mae had to return home to wait exactly 30 days for Robbie to make an extrance to this world with his red hair. Have not seen in years but I have always had these kids in my heart as their mom is my step sister. May God give Algin and rest the strength to get thru this difficult time and especially at Christmas.. I love you all.
