today it has been 3yrs since you left us bob. we will always have our memorys of you. you gave me 2 beautiful daughters. i know they are thinking of you today. we will always love and miss you untill we see you again in heaven.

I have been thinking about you with the Holiday's coming up. I will miss you being here playing chess with Eric, and asking for more pie. The strangest happened today, I was cleaning Eric's room today,and I found your temporary driver's license on the floor. I dont know how it got there, I think you are telling us you are still here with us. I think you wanted me to find it, because it was right there next to my feet. You are gone ,but not forgotten. Happy Thanksgiving , you will be here withus every Holiday,

My son, Mathew, had so many good times with his grandpa. They were together for birthdays, Christmas, and regular visits. My dad would always say "That's my grandson!" in a very excited high pitched voice. I am grateful for all of the memories. It seemed as if life changed for him when my first was born. After that, it was all about the kids for him. He loved my daughter, Wendy, just as much and they became very close, too. I am glad he was able to at least hold my third baby, Michael, before he passed over.
