Robert "Bob" Diezi DZ of Englewood Florida passed away Sunday April 16th 2017.

A private family service will be held at the Sarasota National Cemetery at a later date.

Robert was born on November 13th 1940 in Chicago Illinois to Fred and Jacqueline Roy Diezi. He attended New Buffalo High School. He served in the army as a military policeman and also served as a Boulder Colorado City police officer, sergeant, detective, lieutenant and commander. He was an avid boater and fisherman.

Robert is survived by his only daughter Denice Saari, two grandchildren Ashley Dobbs and Robert Austen Saari, two great grandchildren and his three sisters Estherjean  Kaump, Diane Duncan and Alyce Martin. He is preceded in death by his parents and wife Norma Jean.
