Bob's memory is on my heart today and I was looking for this Tribute to pop up.
I had not counted the years but 5 years is a long time but my memories are still strong.

He would be 90 on his birthday.

Today is Dad's 85th Birthday! It is the perfect day for his military ceremony. Bettye and I will be having dinner at one of his favorite restaurants. Bob and Bettye had plans to celebrate his birthday.
Dad we will still be celebrating; not just your birthday, but the incredible life you had here on earth!

Regrettably we knew little of each other, but our family trees have been joined inseparably forever. The marriage of Dawn and Blake translates to a common goal of leaving a meaningful legacy. In that we surely bonded and all of our joint and several friends salute you and pray that you go forth with loving memories of a life well lived. God bless you Robert into all eternity.
