Robert Lynch of Franklinville, NJ, passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2017. He was 78 years old. Bud honorably served in the US Navy for four years.
He left behind the love of his life his wife of 58 years Anna (Nuneville) Lynch. He was the beloved father of Donna (Mike) Cartwright, Annette Smith, Bryan (Carol) Lynch and Bobby Lynch. Grandfather of 12 and Great Grandfather of 8 children.
Robert worked for the Gloucester County Road Department as a mechanic for 22 years and was the Vice President of the CWA Local 1085. Past President of the Franklinville Democrat Club and, also a past president and co-founder of The South Jersey Road Runners Camping Club. Bud loved camping and spending time around the campfire with his many friends and making his famous bean soup.
A celebration of life is to be held on February 25, 2017 at the Franklinville VFW Post No. 2071 at 2179 Delsea Dr. in Franklinville, NJ, 08322 from 2-5 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Franklinville EMS 43-9 Ambulance Squad, 1571 Delsea Dr. Franklinville, NJ 08322.
