Rev. Robert Homer “Bobby” Gough was born on Wednesday. July 6, 1947 to the late William Reed Gough and Catherine V. Tucker Gough.

He departed this life on Sunday, August 25, 2013 at his home on Gabbettville Circle, LaGrange, GA.

Bobby accepted Christ as his personal Savior and became ministering at Gray Hill Baptist Church, LaGrange, GA and Pastor at Old Shiloh Baptist Church, Shiloh, GA.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Anna Mary Atkins.

He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Mrs. Shirley Gough; son, Jeff Gough (Cindy); two daughters, Jackie Thrower (Darrell); Amy Vazquez (Fernando); twelve grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brother, Gene Gough (Peggy); three sisters, Debra McDonald (Harris); Kathy Williams (Gene) and Sarah Whaley (Larry); four brothers-in-law, many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews; other relatives, host of church members and friends.
