ROBERT KEENE

November 30, 2013

Robert D. Keene lived at 9 Charles st. Waverly Ny. he was the son of Harrison & Nellie Wilcox Keene. Born on  May 27, 1911 in Towanda Pa..   For Me Shirley Keene he was a very special man to me and my children. He was the First too except us into his family and treat us like family and that we were very blessed to of known him for the short time we had with him from 1994 to 1996....Was very honored to call him Dad...My Father In-Law of all times was the best .........Robert Keene.. gave us many laughs and shared his life time stories with us......he'd come visit us after his trips to McDonalds  we wouldn't be home some time  ,   when returning home we knew he was here as he'd bring his leftovers from McDonalds down to the cats and we'd find his containers left behind....The kids enjoyed just having a grandpa for the first time in their lives just to listen to his stories and be able to visit with...either here at home or his home.....they loved it when he'd come once in a while for dinner and afterwords Russ and Him would fall asleep watching tv and chatting... for these memories for me and my children is some that will stay with us to the end.. and we thank you Robert Keene and we miss you dearly......
