Rodger Dell Bell graduated from Section High School in 1968. He was a loving husband and father. Mr. Bell is preceded in death by his son, Rodger Darian Bell; his parents, Bernell and Louella Galloway Bell; 2 sisters and 1 brother.

Mr. Bell is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Charlotte Gayle; his son, Heath Bell and wife Ruby; his sisters, Jean Stucker and Fran Owens; his grandson, Brody Darian Bell; and several nieces and nephews.
